About the Project
The site LearningRussian.com is an educational
project devoted to learning Russian as a foreign language
and intended for English speaking people who want to study
the Russian language through the Internet.
Launched in June 2000, the site LearningRussian.com was conceived
as a commercial project. Its first premium online products
Phrasebook and Introductory
Phonetic Course. For more information about the current
services available from the site, their prices and duration,
please go to Products
Alongside fee-based products, there is and will always be
a lot of free stuff in open access. Providing a wide range
of online activities for our visitors, we now offer Grammar
Correspondence Guide Book, Business
Correspondence Guide Book, Bilingual
Library, and many other useful free features.
We hope that LearningRussian.com will become your successful
choice in learning the Russian language.

Julia is a professional philologist and teacher, who
regards Internet technologies as a clue to new opportunities
for people to contact. For the last two years, she has
been giving special attention to teaching Russian to
foreign students. Most bilingual educational materials,
which are presented on the LearningRussian.com site,
have been prepared or adjusted for the Internet online
studies by Julia. Her responsibility is also to provide
replies to questions and comments of the site visitors.
Michael is a professional programmer with an extensive
experience in the specialized field. He is interested
in promoting Russian through the Internet and believes
that the publications of the Online Russian Language
Center helps foreigners to start speaking this indeed
great and beautiful language. Being responsible for
the web design and technical support, he is sure that
his experience and potential will help to develop and
make more interesting and qualified the educational
